If your tech company is growing, and you struggle with brand consistency, our Brand Strategy workshop is for you. It will focus the brand around your core mission and ensure you have a unified, impactful message in a competitive marketplace.
- We start with you filling a short questionnaire about where your brand is right now, what are your goals, and what's preventing you from reaching those goals.
- Then we schedule a 2-hour workshop on Zoom, in which we delve deeper for insights.
- Through the interactive exercises from the workshop, we'll get a snapshot of your brand, what makes it special, who you're helping and why it matters.
- I will follow-up with a brief of our call, and schedule the presentation of the Roadmap.
- One week after the worshop, we will meet again to review the Brand Strategy Roadmap, a comprehensive document that covers your brand positioning, your mission, vision and core values, as well as a detailed customer persona and examples of messaging resonate with your ideal customer.
- At the end of this process, you'll have an action-oriented Roadmap that galvanizes your team around a shared mission, and gives them the insights to reach your goals.
IDENTITY SYSTEM

If you want to be the go-to option in your industry, your need to show up regularly and consistently for your customers.
We build identity systems that offer a blueprint for your brand and give your team the resources to engage with your audience with confidence, and grow your brand.
- We translate the insights from the Brand Strategy Roadmap* into visual form, and create three distinct stylescapes(or moodboards). The stylescapes are preliminary designs, meant to review multiple visual directions, early in the process.
- Then we meet to review the stylescapes, and see what's working in terms of look and feel.
- Based on the chosen stylescape, we create a few options for the Brand Identity, each including a logo, a color scheme, and several photorealistic mockups.
- After deciding on a specific logo, we develop an identity system around it and craft a comprehensive Brand Identity Styleguide.
- We gather one more round of feedback and then we apply it, if necessary.
- Finally, we have a call to present the Styleguide and offer all the brand assets to you and your team.
*In order to create a solution that's relevant to you, we need to complete the Brand Strategy before the Identity System.
BRANDED WEBSITE
Captivate and engagethe visitors of your site
Customers should feel immersed in your brand's story when they visit your website. We create powerful, interactive experiences in Webflow, that spark the imagination of your audience, and convert their curiosity into engagement and brand loyalty.
- We start by creating custom wireframes, outlining the structure and functionality of your new site. These are basic designs, based on your objectives, and on the insights from the Brand Strategy Roadmap*.
- If necessary, we create three distinct stylescapes(or moodboards), to A/B test the visual direction.
- After validating the wireframes and the stylescapes, we have everything we need to create the high-fidelity designs of your site.
- We present these designs in a Zoom call, to gather feedback, and then we apply that feedback.
- Upon approval, we roll up our sleeves and develop an interactive, mobile-responsive, SEO-friendly website, that's lightning-fast and, most importantly, is true to your brand. We make sure it's optimized to be accessible and discoverable and then hand you over the keys.
- Finally, your team will be trained on updating content of your website, so it's always fresh and relevant.
*We'll use the Brand Strategy Roadmap to build a website that looks great, but also converts and resonates with your audience and their pressing needs.

How the Brand Audit works:
- We schedule a 90-120 minute Zoom call.
- You send me any relevant and necessary brand assets prior to our call.
- We start the call by understanding our goals, short and long term.
- We'll run through a few exercises to evaluate where you are, where is the goal line, and what's standing in your way.
- By the end of the call, we'll have a good understanding of your brand, see what works and what can be improved.
- Within 48 hours, you will receive a full report, filled with areas of improvement, opportunities, and actionable insights.

What kind of companies do you work with?
We work with companies who are looking to make a positive change in the world through their products. We firmly believe that when implemented well, technology can be a tremendous force for good.
Can Galvanite help my business?
How long does a project take, on average?
A typical project will take between two and four months. The objective is to solve a specific problem in the shortest time possible.
Will this end up costing more than what's specified in the proposal?
The price you agree to in the proposal is exactly how much you’ll pay and not a cent more. If we have underestimated how long it takes me to do the work, that’s our problem, not yours.
What are the payment terms?
The payment terms are typically 50% upfront and 50% after we launch in impeccable working condition. For longer projects, we can split the budget into more than two installments, depending on the scope of work.
What happens after we launch the website?
When we launch, we'll be 100% hands on, making sure everything looks and work impeccably. Post launch, we'll be available for 30 days for and necessary fixes (although that's rarely necessary), as part of the original scope.
Within the firs week, we will onboard you to the new Webflow site, and you'll receive a training session created so that you and your team can update your website with ease.
Will I need to hire a developer for this?
No, building a fully-functional website is an integral part of our offer and it's included in our process.
Will this process be time consuming for me and my team?
Our process is streamlined and requires minimal effort from you and your team. We will need your input mainly during the initial strategy workshops and during regular check-ins for feedback.
How do I know that you’ll deliver what we need?
All the specs and deliverables are clearly outlined in the project proposal. At the end of the project, before the final payment is released, we will make sure that everything is in line with the proposal we agreed upon.
Will this integrate with my existing marketing strategies?
Our services are designed to be complementary and seamlessly integrate with your existing marketing, enhancing and elevating your current efforts.
Can you also help with copywriting?
While copywriting is not part of our offer yet, we have a network of excellent copywriters who can help if needed, as an add-on to the original project scope.
Will my team be able to update content of the website?
Absolutely! Webflow has an excellent Editor interface, which allows members of your team to make updates safely and timely. At the end of the project you'll received a training session, in which we'll review Webflow's Editor and coach your team on how to use it.
Will I need to pay for website maintenance?
We always strive to put our clients at the center, and deliver self-sufficient, maintenance-free websites. Your team will be trained on updating the content of the website, and your only running costs will be the domain and the hosing of the website.
Can you migrate my website from WordPress or Squarespace?
Yes, we can make that transition. We'll maintain your URL structure intact, to preserve traffic and SEO ranking.
Can you build a website that integrates with [this] third-party tool?
Webflow integrates directly with hundreds of third-party tools, and indirectly(through Zapier) with virtually any tool out there. Whatever workflow you have in mind: if you can put it on paper, we can build it out.
